Job Description: BHMG Lexington Cardiology This position entails the oversight of staff members in the clinic; including, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Techs. The position works closely with the physicians/providers of the practice to oversee operations connected with these areas and manages resources and issues accordingly. This position also works closely with other departments to provide for the seamless care of the patient and general operational needs of Baptist Health Experienced RN with management experience to be able to staff as needed for an MA or RN covering General, Interventional or EP cardiologists in the main location or any of the 17 satellite clinics. Responsible for scheduling the staff and working with the other managers to control all the clinics. Responsible for the Payroll, Annual Evals and tracking all the required training. Minimum Requirements: Current unrestricted RN license in the state/s of practice location. Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of experience in a cardiology office/Critical Care Unit/Cath Lab or Associates of Science in Nursing with at least five years of experience in a cardiology office/Critical Care Unit/Cath Lab. Basic Life Saving (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association.
