Description Quality Manager - Manufacturing Excellence Leader Drive Quality Excellence in a Dynamic Manufacturing Environment Are you a passionate quality professional ready to lead and transform quality systems in a growing manufacturing organization? PAC Worldwide is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence through robust quality management systems. Position Impact As Quality Manager, you'll lead our Quality department in ensuring consistent product excellence while maintaining ISO 9001-2015 standards. You'll have the opportunity to shape quality culture, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction through superior product quality. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a high-performing quality assurance team * Update and maintain our Quality Management System * Drive continuous improvement through statistical analysis and quality metrics * Oversee customer complaint resolution and corrective action programs * Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to optimize product reliability * Direct quality control processes for raw materials and finished products * Organization - maintain the QA lab, offices, retained samples and QA hold areas so they are organized and clean * Implement and maintain quality assurance objectives aligned with corporate goals What You Bring * 5+ years of Quality Engineering/Management experience in manufacturing * 2+ years of leadership experience managing 5+ employees * Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems * Direct hands-on QA experience with a comprehension of QA concepts * QA experience in protective packaging and converting industry strongly preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Excellence in cross-functional communication and team leadership * Six Sigma and TQM administration and application knowledge preferred * Bachelor's degree preferred, must have HS Diploma or equivalent What We Offer * Opportunity to shape quality systems and drive organizational excellence * Leadership role with significant impact on company success * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement Computer Skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Minitab - preferred Physical Requirements * Manufacturing environment with occasional plant floor activity * Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally * Mix of office and production floor work Join our team and help drive our commitment to delivering quality products on time, every time.
