Dover Behavioral Health System is seeking a Unit Clerk/Patient Experience Coordinator - Full Time to drive the Patient Experience on Assigned Unit through strong tactical and patient care support. Shift: Full Time - 40 /hrs Position responsibilities: * Answer patient and family calls, provide friendly service, and route them to the appropriate party. * Assist with daily patient care, including setting up charts and providing resources to patients and healthcare providers. * Perform vital signs, track patient charts, and maintain accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges. * Participate in therapeutic crisis intervention, monitor patient safety, and deliver care according to treatment plans and expected outcomes.
