Responsibilities

We are looking for a Maintence Worker who will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and light HVAC. Key Responsibilities include: Preventative maintenance. Sheetrock repair and interior/exterior painting. Plumbing repair and minor carpentry. Furniture repair.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

Valid state drivers license.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; and taste and smell.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
