Position Summary:

Researches, writes, builds, updates and maintains content for network and facility websites across Foundations Recovery Network, the company's addiction services division. Regularly refreshes content to optimize search authority and engage audiences including consumers, alumni and referral sources. Contributes to a wide array of copywriting tasks - including websites, email newsletters, digital advertising and integrated campaigns. Partners with facility CEOs, facility Directors of Business Development and Addiction Services team including Call Center to align messaging for traffic acquisition strategies with the goals and objectives of each facility and the overall business. Engages with Web, SEO, Digital Media/PPC and Social Media teams to align campaign strategy, share insights, and ensure integrated presentation to consumer audiences.

Required Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional environment, such as hospital/healthcare marketing, email marketing, and/or advertising (digital and print)
  • Behavioral health / addiction treatment experience preferred
  • Best-practice Website copywriting techniques and standards
  • Familiarity with website structure, navigation and layout and a familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Umbraco or Drupal (programming ability not required). Working knowledge of HTML is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to write about complex subjects in a way that is interesting and easy-to-read for the average website user.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle many concurrent tasks/projects and remain accurate and detail-oriented.
  • A flexible and collaborative work style, with the ability to take direction and work independently.

Schedule: Monday through Friday- In office 3 days


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Researches, writes and edits new website content for variouswebsites email newsletters, digital ads, and other related channels
  • Reviews and updates existing website content on a consistent basis, based on search engine results, changes to programs and services, and integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborates with complementary Marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration. Engages in ongoing feedback loops to understand patterns and continually optimize program for increased effectiveness.
