SUMMARY

The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

Brokerage Support for the Eastern PA & SNJ Industrial Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Brokerage Support

  • Listing Tracking & project management of marketing initiatives related to active Listing assignments
  • Database management
  • Salesforce and CRM management
  • Brokerage Events
  • Costar and LoopNet
  • Research support
  • Client facing communication related to marketing initiatives

Marketing and Graphics:

  • Pitch materials
  • Client reporting (Primarily Landlord Marketing Update Deliverables)
  • Mapping and Aerials
  • Signage design, E-blast design, Brochure design, and Marketing Boards design
  • Case Studies
  • Quarterly Report Design
  • Event planning
  • Assist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)

Reporting relationship

Role will report to the following:

  • Market Director of Operations or Office Manager (in rare cases fee-earner directly)

Metrics

Role will be evaluated on the following:

  • Accuracy of produced documents
  • Timeliness of produced documents
  • Communication and collaboration with other team members

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience should include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)
  • Experience in InDesign and Photoshop required
  • Database management
