Schedule \| Monday - Thursday \| 3:15pm - 1:45am Pay \| $32.57/hr. (shift differential $1) The CNC Machinist will be responsible for performing multiple tasks to support the fabrication of locomotive/mining components. In addition to machining, you will have responsibility for assembling components and other duties as assigned. Machinists are responsible for working together as a team to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience, including using blueprints and manufacturing instructions to produce parts. Must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 40 lbs and using tools and equipment safely and effectively. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and ability to pass a pre-employment technical assessment. Adherence to safety standards, quality inspection responsibilities, and compliance with personal protective equipment requirements are mandatory. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, in a tobacco-free environment.
