The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record either with a SaaS sales company or email security and vast knowledge of security technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of product demonstrations
  • Responsible for running trial/evaluations of the platform
  • Responsible for post-sales technical training
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events (e.g., conferences, Trade Shows, seminars)
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/SOW
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Able to travel when needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant experience in technical vendor-customer engineering position and/or enterprise IT
  • Experience and familiarity with the email security products and market - advantage
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex technology ideas with clarity
  • Process oriented - well organized and able to focus on a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Independent and Self learner - able to self-learn IT subjects, build demo environments to test configuration and learn new features, etc.
  • Experience and familiarity with the email security products and market - advantage
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
