1. Residential Alarm Installation, 2-3 years previous experience 2. Troubleshooting issues onsite and programming and testing Security Panels 3. Customer Service experience This is a residential Security Service Technician for Lancaster. Technician needs to have previous experience doing home security installation or service work. The desired candidate will have previous experience with installing security monitoring systems in residential and/or small businesses. his candidate must be comfortable driving their own vehicle as they will be reimburse on a weekly base up to $100 for gas . They will not be reimbursed for gas or wear and tear on their vehicle. On average the technicians are completing 4-6 jobs a day and can work 5 days a week. The technician should be comfortable with flexible hours, such as hours after 5 PM and Saturday work If the week is slower.. Technicians will be issued inventory and are responsible for that inventory. As equipment is used, the technician is required to cost the part of their truck stock and keep good record of all parts assigned. This person needs to have great customer service experience, a mechanical aptitude, and an adaptive personality. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Duties And Responsibilities: * Installs/Leads the installation of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems. * Must have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others. * Provides reliable, high quality customer support. * Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality. * Performs system testing and signal verification. * Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools). * Performs new system installations, upgrades, and additions. * Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. * Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks. * Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner. * Must have a strong work ethic. * Must be detail-oriented. * Must complete other projects, as assigned. *Experience Level:* Intermediate Level * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
