They will be taking escalations from the tier 1 helpdesk team. Outside of the escalations, they will be assisting with onboarding/offboarding. Using active directory.
They will be also working with other teams including the NOC & user administration team. This person will be on site, but could be asked to travel to their West Bend home office.
