Join our dynamic Advanced Tasking Team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient care and support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Managing consult orders for specialist office visits. * Handling procedure orders such as MRI/CT scans, radiology, DME, mammograms, etc. * Authorizing prescriptions, including high-cost specialty medications. * Providing support in the Provider Support Room for clinically urgent tasks for IOPs/VMT providers. * Assisting patients with the authorization, scheduling, and coordination of complex female health procedures, such as colposcopies. * Processing referrals and authorizations efficiently. * Maintaining service level agreements for complex insurance authorizations. * Meeting or exceeding performance requirements consistently for a minimum of 6 months (200+ tasks/week). This role is both administrative and customer service-oriented, requiring you to interact with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * At least 2 years of experience in completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders within the last 5 years. * Proven experience in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability and ownership. * A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and an action-oriented mindset. * Experience working in a national healthcare organization, understanding the complexities of different regions. * Proficiency in working with various Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
