Job Title: Financial Service Professional Ready to jumpstart your career in one of the fastest-growing industries? If so, we want you to join our client as a Financial Service Professional and become a key player in empowering financial advisors to help their clients achieve their dreams! Pay: $24/hr (weekly) Schedule: * 8-hour shifts between 7am-5pm * Training: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri * Within 2 weeks to 3 months, transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH and 3 days in the office) * 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity Once converted to permanent: * Transition from hourly to salary at $52K * One-time bonus of $5K upon passing the SIE Test What You'll Do: * Start Your Journey: Begin with a comprehensive four-month contract training program, gaining extensive knowledge on clients, systems, and products. Receive hands-on coaching and support from our Service 360 team. * Be the First Point of Contact: Handle 25-30 inbound contacts daily, assisting advisors and investors with inquiries and complex financial transactions. * Deliver World-Class Service: Provide stellar experiences with each interaction, embodying our client-centric values. * Problem Solve & Advise: Utilize critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. * Research & Navigate: Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions. * Collaborate & Innovate: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions. * Career & Community: Participate in coaching, career development activities, ERG events, and other opportunities to connect with colleagues and build a community. What We're Looking For: * Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience. * Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment. * Core Skills: High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, initiative-taking attitude, strong attention to detail, tech-savvy, ability to navigate multiple systems, and a strong curiosity for continuous learning. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry.
