  • Transformative Mobile & Front-end Development: Contribute to engaging and intuitive user interfaces for mobile (iOS/Android) and web, ensuring visually compelling and responsive designs that enhance SoFi's product ecosystem.
  • Robust Back-end Development: Assist in building secure, scalable server-side applications and APIs, supporting millions of users. You'll work with databases and data models, optimizing for performance and reliability.
  • Architecting the Future: Participate in architecture discussions to gain exposure to best practices and design principles, helping to ensure our systems are built to scale and adapt to future needs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development. Be a champion for new ideas, process improvements, and forward-thinking tools that keep us agile.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Engage in close partnership with team members across functions to refine requirements, troubleshoot, and develop solutions. Participate actively in code reviews and design discussions to learn from more experienced engineers.

  • Technical Skills: Exposure to mobile programming (iOS/Android), with a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular. Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java, and some experience working with databases. Experience with Dart/Flutter, Kotlin, Swift is a plus.
  • Learning Mindset: A desire to learn and grow, with a passion for tackling new challenges, refining skills, and embracing constructive feedback. You're curious and driven to understand not just the 'what' but also the 'why' of the solutions you're developing.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy engaging in collaborative problem-solving, design discussions, and code reviews.
