The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is eager to welcome a professional Supply Analyst 2 to their team to serve as the Inventory and Operations Planning (I&OP) Planner in the Bureau of Planning & Procurement. This position will evaluate existing forecasting standards and metrics and will perform analysis of the Inventory and Operations Planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Supply Analyst 2, you will develop and maintain demand forecasts specific to wholesale customer accounts, analyzing historical sales, seasonal trends, and market data to predict demand accurately and support customer requirements. Work involves researching current industry trends, forecasting methodology, and tools to make recommendations to increase efficiency to forecasting processes. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with planning partners by providing recommendations, reports, and analysis to determine impact and performance level. Partners include but are not limited to: Information Technology (IT), Marketing, Replenishment, Procurement, Wholesale, and Executive personnel. This position is the subject matter expert in their assigned Organization/Department and requires expertise in demand planning, analytics, and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions to support accurate demand predictions, improve inventory management, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, reporting to the office two times per month or as needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Product and Supply Analyst or Product Associate 2; or
- Two years of analytical experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or business operations in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
