DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing source documents related to Driver and Vehicle Services for the purpose of capturing images into an imaging repository. Your duties will include imaging transactions to ensure the maintenance of both physical and electronic records in compliance with the Motor Vehicle Code, utilizing the Enterprise Content Services (ECS) Retrieval System. Additionally, you will assist with storage management, which involves sorting received work by date, assembling record center boxes, and appropriately storing and dating the boxed materials for future access. You will also prepare these boxes for transportation as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- This position may require overtime.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
