Remote Ariba Procurement Administrator Category: Administration & Office Support Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-380191 Remote Ariba Procurement Administrator needed for an 18-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Austin, Texas. Candidate must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones. Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hour The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Solid interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to quickly adapt to change What You Will Be Doing: Manage and optimize the SAP Ariba procurement system. This role will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and hands-on experience with Ariba solutions to support our company's procurement activities while maintaining compliance. Procurement Administration: Configure Ariba procurement modules to align with business requirements and ensure accurate setup of procurement processes. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and promote best practices in procurement processes. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement performance and system usage. Training and Support: Provide user training on Ariba functionalities and procurement best practices. Action level 1 support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Create process documentation as required. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba Procurement, Guided Buying, Catalog management and Business Network functions. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP and SAP MDG is preferred but not required. Foundational knowledge of Procurement and Supplier Management processes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work independently and as part of a team. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Prior experience working in Technology or Manufacturing industry. Ariba Procurement Certification is preferred but not required. Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.
