Description

Acara Solutions is seeking Fund Administrators for a is a specialized financial institution in Wilmington DE.

Type: contract up to 6 months

Hourly rate: 35.00-40.00/HR

Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to management for all projects and initiatives, such as procedure enhancements and technology implementations. Manage and or assist in operational projects.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating the implementation of all operational steps to implement fund launches, mergers and liquidations and other business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement controls and policies related to expense oversight, financial statement preparation, fund audits, etc.
  • Assist in the identification of process improvements within the organization.
  • Implement new workflow, process or system enhancements to continually enhance operational efficiency.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar field.
    • 5+ years of related work experience in Collective Fund or Mutual Fund Administration
