We are seeking a Project Coordinator at Rotoflow, an Air Products Business located at our Bethlehem, PA work location.

The Project Coordinator is accountable for the tactical execution of technical documentation generation, SAP project set-up maintenance, domestic and international shipping support, SharePoint site upkeep, and customer documentation site management.

Rotoflow is a full- service turbomachinery OEM- providing a wide-range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services to our customer globally. For 75 years, Rotoflow has crafted and manufactured both standard and custom- engineered cryogenic and warm gas centrifugal turbomachinery used in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons. Products include compressor loaded turbo-expanders, generator-loaded power recovery expanders, and low-cost dissipative expanders. We offer new equipment designs, rerates, upgrades and repair along with field services, engineering evaluations, reliability, troubleshooting, training, remote diagnostics/data monitoring, shop services, and new equipment replacements for all types of centrifugal and reciprocating equipment. Our customers are served globally through regional service centers supported by both regional and centralized execution teams.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary groups,

  • Prioritization to meet changing needs of group,

  • Promotion of safety, diversity, and inclusion consistent with the philosophies of Rotoflow.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Creation of technical manuals, dossiers, mechanical data records using templates, references, and team input,

  • Set-up of projects in SAP,

  • Overall management of project close-out activity in SAP,

  • Preparation of documentation for invoicing and shipping for domestic and international orders,

  • Set- up and maintenance of share sites for storage of Project Execution Information,

  • Management of customer documents through customer-specific sites,

  • Submission of EARs for new projects and scope changes as requested by Commercial, Proposal, and Project Managers, ensuring alignment with all Engineering Procedures and Finance Standards,

  • Application of knowledge of standards, systems, procedures, and work procedures, and work processes, sharing standard methodologies among team members to ensure efficient work processes are in place,

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, work experience

  • Organized and self-motivated,

  • Extreme attention to detail,

  • Ability to prioritize regularly to accommodate changing needs of business,

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to influence others and work through obstacles to achieve results,

  • Ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously,

  • Excellent time leadership skills

  • SAP experiences preferred
