We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Vision Services team as a Program Manager! This position will oversee and manage all programs related to optical.
Here's what you'll do:
Financial Analysis and Planning: Develop financial systems, conduct analysis, and support budgeting for Vision Services. Business Development: Evaluate new programs and services, conduct market research, and support business development initiatives. Vendor Relations and Management: Manage relations with external vendors, analyze suppliers, and ensure quality. Strategic Alignment: Support departmental and organizational mission and strategic plans.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 3-4 yearsof experience in eye care and/or optical services or related experience. General retail experience would be considered. Proven experience with vendor relations and financial analysis. Ability to travel regularly to all 15 sites, ideally hitting 2-3 of those sites per week. Company car provided and travel is built into the working day. Valid driver's license
