RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Data Entry Specialist, you will provide support by collecting and entering data as assigned.

This is a casual/temporary position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(90%)

• Pulls reports, reviews for errors, and sends reports to Manager, Administrative Operations
• Collects receipts and posts receipts on Wells Fargo accounts

(10%) Performs additional duties as assigned

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years customer service and data entry experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing
• Must be able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls at one time

Preferred:

• Medical terminology background
