Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Summary:

The Clinical Care Coordinator assumes responsibility for the overall resource needs of the patient.. This includes discharge planning, placement of the patient, aftercare needs, advocacy needs, housing referrals, and entitlement needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related mental health field required.
• A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting and direct experience in patient/family assessment required.
• Experience in working with programs and outside referrals preferred
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
