We're looking for a Quality Coordinatorto join our team!

As a Quality Coordinator, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of quality management for assigned agencies.

What you'll do:



  • Oversee all aspects of quality management for assigned agencies.
  • Auditing systems, processes, and products,ensuring compliance with new and existing national and agency quality standards,regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of agency policies and procedures, strategic plan, and other improvement initiatives.
  • Provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion

Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Hours/Some On Call Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare or
social services with two years' experience or six years' experience with quality or
business aspects of healthcare required. Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma and IDD
preferred.
