Crisis Supervisor Full Time Direct Hire 111 N. County Farm Road Wheaton, Illinois, 60187 Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm OR Tuesday - Saturday 3PM to 11 PM (Shift Differential) **Requires current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. An individual in this Crisis Supervisor position will have primary responsibility for the Crisis Call Center operations, including: supervising the work of professional level staff providing behavioral health crisis interventions, supporting and overseeing Crisis Services operations, and providing training and coaching to crisis services staff. The role includes on-call responsibilities that rotate weekly among the team of Crisis Supervisors. This full-time position works 40-hours per week, requires one PM shift per week with flexibility to meet the challenge of supervising staff who work 24/7, otherwise, typically works Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM. Requirements Completion of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field and five years of behavioral health experience which included at least three years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
