We're hiring dedicated Warehouse Mail Processors for the operations team at our client location near I-435 and Front Street in Kansas City, MO. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working hands-on, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to thrive in a supportive team environment while gaining valuable skills.

Position Details:



  • 1st Shift | 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Typically 40 hours/week | Some hours on weekends may be needed depending on mail volume
  • Pay | $18/hour | Paid Weekly | Direct deposit or pay card options available


What You'll Do: In this role, you'll help streamline the mail processing flow by managing essential tasks like:



  • Entering package IDs and zip code information into the UPS manifest system using a 10-key or scanner
  • Weighing each piece of mail and accurately applying postage indicia labels (Please note, as packages vary in size, lifting may be up to 70 pounds)
  • Reading and recognizing zip codes and barcodes
  • Cross-training across various departments for skill-building and flexibility
