Administrative Assistant (Donor Services)
Overview Performs routine and advanced clerical and administrative duties with in the Donor Services Department, taking care of scheduling day-to-day activities in the department. Recognizes inconsistencies, resolves routine clerical problems, refers more complex problems to the Regional Director. Responsibilities The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. Works with group contact concerning scheduling problems, if Donor Services Manager is not available
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of general office experience.
