Gundersen Health System is accepting applications for a Pharmacy Intern!

This internship opportunity is designed for a second-year student pharmacist (P2) who is currently enrolled in an accredited graduate-level PharmD program.

This paid internship program includes two phases:

• Phase one provides students with a full-time work experience for up to 12 weeks in their first summer at our world-class hospital in La Crosse, WI. During this initial summer experience students will work daytime shifts (no overnights) alongside pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and many other allied health professionals. Students can expect both a breadth and depth of exposure to hospital pharmacy operations and specialties.
• After the first summer as a full-time intern, phase two engages candidates on a part-time basis with monthly weekend rotations to continue their practice in their final two years of graduate school. Interns are scheduled for one weekend a month in La Crosse, with the option of picking up additional shifts if desired.

Anticipated start date for the internship is May 12th, 2025.
