Business Services and the Controller's Office's mission is to support the educational mission of the University of Wisconsin Parkside by providing superior financial and customer service to the University community. Position Title: Accountant III (Budget Accountant) Employment Type: Full time, Academic Staff, Exempt Reports To: The Budget Accountant will report to Controller Pay Range: $64,000-$68,000 UW-Parkside is seeking a collaborative and skilled Budget Accountant in the office of Business Services. As a Business Services team member, this position performs advanced budgeting duties following UW system policies and procedures. The Budget Accountant needs to have a high level of knowledge and expertise, and works daily with a variety of funding sources. A wide range of job duties includes preparing and reconciling budget transactions; recommending controls and process improvements; troubleshooting errors; maintaining budget records and providing customer service to staff.
