We'reseeking anIT Manager,who will be a key member of the Manufacturing IT:Environmental, Health & Safety, and LearningIT LeadershipTeam. This roleis responsible formanaging functional-technical IT talent and department resources for delivering key applications and data capabilities.This role will be reported to the EHSLD IT Director and will bring value by managing the differentiated talent to ensure short- and long-term value for all partners. Additionally, this role will supervise multiple direct reports, providing PBM leadership, related experience, and guidance to support their individual growth plans. What You Will Do ThisIT Managerposition within theMFGIT team creates long-term value by ensuring that all theaspects (operations, delivery, talent management, support) of the team are overseen and managed specifically: * Manage Department Operations- Oversee and coordinate department operations to ensure efficient processes and optimal resource utilization. * Supervisory Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring effective supervision and development to achieve departmental goals. * Orchestrate Delivery- Coordinate and manage the delivery of products and services to ensure timely and efficient execution on a portfolio of applications, technology. * Process Improvement- Continuously identify and implement enhancements to streamline processes and increase efficiency. * Functional-Technical Expertise- Apply specialized functional and technical knowledge to effectively solve problems and drive success in relevant areas (story writing, customer engagement) Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experienced in software development, data & analytics projects, and mobile applications * AGILE development experience (managing SCRUM teams, managing Product Managers, Owners) * Experience with work management tools such asServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and/ or market equivalents. * Experience supervising, managing, and developing a team. What Will Put You Ahead * Relevant AGILE certifications (CertifiedScrum master(CSM), PMI Agile Certified (PMI-ACP)) * Track record of coaching and maximizing talent across multiple regions * Experience working with heavy manufacturing verticals and operations customers * BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, and / or Business Administration At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
