Ultra Precision Control Systems are looking for a Lead ERP Developer to join the team. In recent years, Ultra PCS has taken full ownership of ERP system management, enabling greater control and alignment with our strategic goals. We currently operate on IFS Apps 10, with plans underway to begin our transition to IFS Cloud by late 2025 or early 2026. Our single, integrated ERP system supports all of our sites and serves as a hub for nearly every department's daily operations. As the cornerstone of our business, we are committed to continuously enhancing and investing in this vital resource.
We are seeking a Lead ERP Developer to drive technical innovation and play a pivotal role in our future transition to IFS Cloud. This role has two key areas of responsibility: firstly, to oversee, optimise, and manage our current ERP system, ensuring its technical performance and organisational effectiveness. Secondly, to set development standards, provide technical direction, and deliver training to strengthen our ERP team. Key Responsibilities:
