Job Objective: RelaDyne Reliability Services is looking for an Assembly Apprentice Technician to support manufacturing production. This dependable and motivated assembly apprentice technician is responsible for assembling LSC product using a variety of tools and equipment according to standard drawings and procedures within the manufacturing organization.

Job Duties:

• Assemble equipment in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Operates crane/forklift/pallet jack to maneuver parts or equipment within a workstation.
• Reads and interprets blueprints; checks shop orders/bill of materials to ensure that all necessary parts are accounted for; and informs supervisor of any shortages in parts or hardware.
• Resolves assembly and production issues; reports quality issues and errors in manufacturing area; and informs supervisor of errors in manufacturing.
• Uses appropriate tools to assemble and fasten all parts of the equipment per engineering and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.

Requirements:

• No experience required.
• Basic tool skills. Must be able to learn and understand how to operate basic tools.
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, bills of materials, and other written instruction.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Ability to lift 30 to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work 40hrs a week and overtime \ weekends as required.
