We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Maintenance Manager to join our team in South Charleston, WV. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective maintenance of plant facilities including service of electrical and mechanical systems. Additionally, you will oversee the management of capital funds, technical resources, and a team of skilled professionals. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the design, installation, and commissioning of new plant assets, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Timely and Cost-Effective Maintenance: Oversee and manage maintenance activities for all plant facilities, industrial equipment, and machinery, ensuring prompt repairs and efficient operations to minimize downtime.
* Resource Management: Direct and optimize the use of technical resources, including skilled craft personnel and external contractors, to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and plans to maximize the reliability and productivity of plant assets.
* Head preventive maintenance programs aimed at reducing unplanned downtime and extending asset life.
* Collaborate with plant engineering and production teams to design, install, and commission new equipment and systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
* Provide leadership in continuous improvement efforts, recommending technical solutions to enhance plant efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
* Develop training programs for maintenance personnel to foster skill development and a culture of excellence.
* Monitor key performance metrics related to maintenance activities, such as downtime, repair costs, and overall asset effectiveness, and report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred). A combination of experience and certifications in maintenance management may be considered.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a chemical manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Proven experience in managing plant maintenance, including overseeing industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance teams.
* Strong background in capital funds management, technical resource allocation, and maintenance scheduling.
* Expertise in plant asset optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
* Familiarity with maintenance management software.
* Skills:
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate skilled craft professionals.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and upper management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
