Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Quality Operations Support to work in our Environment, Safety, Health and Quality department (ESH&Q). You will work on-site with a 9/80 schedule in Idaho Falls with every other Friday off. You will report to Quality Programs Manager. You will provide professional business services to Quality and be responsible for activities relating to support of organizational needs. Responsibilities Include:
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Design solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues.
- Help coordinate and compile the Quality Organization's reporting documents.
- Be the contact and initiator for procedure and form revisions, materials, services, and budget requests.
- Be the contact for emergent organizational issues coordinator and provide communication coordination for Quality.
- Be the contact and host for external quality audits
- Quality SharePoint site owner and coordinator
- Use evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action.
- Identify, enhance and develop processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the Quality organization and mission centers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 2: Bachelor's degree in business, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree. In lieu of degree 8 years of relevant experience
- Level 3: Bachelor's in business, or related field and 5 years relevant experience or Master's and 2 years relevant experience. In lieu of degree 11 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience in technical writing.
- You will be subject to the requirements of DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program.

- The pay range for this position is: Level 2 ($65,064 - $133,416) / Level 3 ($77,628 - $159,228). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
