Hours: 10:30pm -7:30am. (OT as needed). How you will make history here... The Maintenance Supervisor performs those functions necessary for completing planned maintenance work, continuation of work in progress from the previous shift or day and completion of Emergency Work Orders. All management responsibility concerning work crew such as the safety, quality and efficiency of their work execution, their skill assessment and training and administrative personnel matters. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. 1. Ensure that all jobs are performed safely. 8. Determine root causes of major repairs and implement the necessary corrective action to prevent recurrence. Who will you work with... * 10 direct employees will report directly to you. What you will bring to the table... (Must Have) * High School Diploma or GED * Three to five years of maintenance supervision experience. It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have) Associate's degree; prefer technical field of study i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $79,200-$113,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
