Position Highlights:

  • Position: Sr Mgr, PACC HOV Templates & Optimization

  • Hourly Pay Range: $42.54 - 65.94

  • The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Location: Warrenville, IL (with Travel to all system locations as needed)

  • Full Time

  • Hours: 8a - 4:30p OR 9a - 5:30p M-F

What you will need:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Epic University: Cadence (preferred)

    • Epic University: Schedule Strategy End User (preferred)

    • 5 years of progressive healthcare operations or analytics with EPIC experience (Cadence or Radiant).

    • 5 year or prior experience in project management, and Outpatient services or Ambulatory practice operations preferred.

    • 3 years of direct experience in supervisory, analytics or leadership experience in EPIC IT, Patient Access, Scheduling, Ambulatory practice operations or Outpatient Services.

General Summary:

The Senior Manager, PACC Template and Optimization HOV oversees a team of Scheduling Template Analysts who support and advance access initiatives across Endeavor Health Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOV). This position will work in collaboration with HOV Operations, EPIC IT, and the HOV Patient Access teams to analyze scheduling templates to enhance operational access, increase patient access, ensure adherence to established scheduling guidelines and protocols, manage Epic scheduling template requests for modifications, teach and train Epic scheduling best practices, and lead strategic initiatives. The Manager will embrace innovations that support optimized scheduling, enhanced production, and efficient staffing
