We are recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join our PACS Innovation team at HID. This team is responsible for researching & prototyping innovative new technologies that become the future products and services in security & access control offerings from HID Global. The team consists of individual that have multi disciplinary skill sets that span from embedded engineering, security/cryptography, smart cards, backend development, mobile apps to machine learning.

As our Senior Software Engineer, you'll support HID's successby:

• End-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
• Analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
• Automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Participation & filing for intellectual property.

What we will love about your background:

• Expert more than two programming language - C, C++, Python, C#, Typescript, Java, GoLang
• Expertin one or more of the following areas:
  
  
  
  • Embedded Engineering - Microcontrollers or Linux based Embedded systems
  • Machine Learning on the edge devices
  • Data Science
  • Scalable Backend development
  • Mobile App development
  
  
  
  

YourExperienceand Education include:

• Preferably a Master's degree or better
• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry.
