Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient assessments and implement individualized wound care plans
  • Administer and evaluate treatments within nursing scope of practice
  • Educate patients and families on wound prevention and management
  • Coordinate care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania
  • Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) or Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) required.
  • Experience in wound care and ostomy management strongly preferred
  • Strong critical-thinking and patient-centered skills
  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes and quality of life
