Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Radar Tracking Analyst for the Missile Defense National Team, you will work alongside industry subject matter experts in a multi-contractor environment responsible for partnering with the Missile Defense Agency to counter advanced threats. The individual will provide M&S development for radar tracking algorithms, conduct performance analysis, document analysis, and brief results to Program and Government leadership. The individual will develop and execute object-oriented MATLAB simulations which include sensor phenomenology, signal processing, detection, tracking, and discrimination functions.
