We are seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with key stakeholders, develop, and deliver effective analytics solutions to support portfolio planning and strategic workplace initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering effective data visualization and analysis by incorporating an understanding of occupancy, portfolio planning, and workplace business acumen with related datasets, data lineage, and applying complex analytics techniques.
Role Purpose As a Data Analyst, you'll be driving the development, stability, and reliability of occupancy analytics to provide strategic portfolio planning and workplace decision support. You will be a subject matter expert in portfolio and occupancy planning business processes. You will also have familiarity with emerging workplace research, benchmarking, & trends, and provide program planning, occupancy planning tooling, and program management support. You'll need to have a diverse knowledge in Corporate Real Estate. In this role, you will interact with organizational leadership, to devise complex data sourcing, analytics, and visualization strategies in support of their objectives. You will need a thorough understanding of occupancy planning business operating processes and tooling, be highly organized, and able to facilitate programs. You will be an influencer in the Occupancy Planning team, modeling superior client relationship management and strategic thinking. As Data Analyst, you'll execute complex occupancy analytics initiatives for clients, aligning their portfolio strategies with long-term business objectives. You'll leverage expertise in Corporate Real Estate, emerging workplace trends, and occupancy planning to provide strategic portfolio and workplace decision support. You'll maintain high-quality standards and fostering strong client relationships. Your diverse knowledge and strategic thinking will be crucial in delivering value-added solutions that support clients' organizational transformations and complex real estate needs. What this job involves Key responsibilities include: Maintain & enforce Data Governance policies, processes, and data standards. Conduct data profiling. Define compliance, usage, and quality metrics, including dashboard creation to track and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders. Manage critical data elements, including gatekeeping of standards, root cause identification, and promoting corrective actions and procedures. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and KPIs Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and objectives Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and process improvements Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling based on historical data and relevant factors Support the implementation and management of data tracking and analytics systems Lead the production of automated reporting, templates and visual outputs in support of the client's global portfolio planner. Work with OP and CAFM Operations teams in support of space data integrity supporting data audit process of all space data. Lead the auditing and iteration of business analytics solutions (e.g. tableau dashboarding and B.I.) Collaborate with the client's technology & analytics team on iteration of existing data sets in all planning data sets Support the client's workplace strategic initiatives and programs.. Support change management related to strategic program initiatives. Support ecosystem mapping, documentation and flowcharts which outline the business case and process. To apply you need to be / have: RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in data analysis Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques Familiarity with database structures and data management principles Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus Behavioural Competencies Think Big - Thinks strategically, simplifies the complex, solves complex problems, sees the big picture Drive Change - Thrives on change, learning agility, intellectually curious, appetite for risks, digital drive Helps others - Builds relationships, actively collaborates, helps others succeed.
