What you'll do As a Director of Product Management, you will lead the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative products that drive business growth and customer value, with a strong emphasis on ownership and execution excellence. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and technical expertise as you identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities. You will define product requirements, shape the product roadmap, and make data-driven decisions to deliver viable, feasible, and user-centric solutions. Taking full ownership of product outcomes, you will ensure seamless execution by overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving cross-functional collaboration across leadership, engineering, design, legal, and business stakeholders. With a focus on execution excellence, you will deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Additionally, you will champion emerging technologies like AI/ML, foster a culture of continuous innovation, and inspire teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 7.34 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave and twelve holidays. The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $180,000/year - $400,000/year with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
