THE JOB:

As a Lounge Runner at Skyfall, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by assisting with both guest interactions and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring our guests enjoy their experience in this breathtaking rooftop lounge. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a dynamic atmosphere, this role is for you.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.4733hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the orders.
• Assist in organizing and preparing for events, including set-up and breakdown of food stations, rolling silverware, and maintaining the cleanliness of service areas.
• Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and ensure the lounge remains clean and inviting throughout the shift.
• Interact with guests, delivering excellent service and answering questions about the menu when needed.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, communicating clearly and efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support management and team by handling additional tasks such as setting up event spaces, assisting with guest check-ins, and completing side work during the shift.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
