Overview Nakupuna Consulting is looking to hire a Facility Management Specialist for our Navy Bureau of Medicine & Surgery (BUMED) BUILDER DMLSS/LogiCole Readiness Support Project Team (Team Nakupuna). The candidate will be responsible for inspecting construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities related equipment and real property. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this position, but management may assign additional duties and responsibilities at any time. Specific duties include:
Determines project requirements for new construction, repairs, and alterations for incorporation into DMLSS-FM Requirements module and shall work with the NAVFAC FMS to have the project properly developed NAVFAC MAXIMO, eProjects and GFEBS.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Facility Management Specialist position must possess specialized experience which includes managing a maintenance program for office or apartment building complexes, hospitals, recreation facilities, military, or other special-purpose installations; planning maintenance activities; or developing preventive maintenance programs. They should have comprehensive knowledge of DMLSS-FM, BUILDER, iNFADS, and other CMMS systems like NAVFAC MAXIMO and NAVFAC eProjects. Education & Experience: This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar domain. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or comparative years of professional experience in project management, or a similar field. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret security clearance. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,620.00 to $96,577.00 (annualized USD).
