Key Responsibilities

  • Hybrid: Must go into Irving, TX or Redwood City, CA office 2-4 days/week.
  • Provide support to the sales representatives with issues concerning their commission's calculations, troubleshoot problems and identify solutions
  • Support and execute the corporate commission plan (including individual sales employees target setting, monitoring, and support to sales representatives).
  • Initiate, design, develop, and implement new processes/features to support automations and logic that enhance data quality and optimize the commission plan workflow.
  • Ensure accurate attainment process and lead the assignment request process as part of the commission execution to the sales team, providing timely solutions and ongoing support to the sales organization and the corporate levels.
  • Lead proactive and automation improvement processes to support the assignment request flow.
  • Being responsible for the financial 'checks and balances' of the approved target and commission changes.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years of experience in commission calculations - advantage
  • BA in Economics, Industrial engineering, or Business Administration
  • High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel skills and MS Office Applications (Anaplan skills advantage)
  • A highly independent and fast learner with strong personal accountability
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Focused on providing high-level support to the sales team
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
