$45,000-48,000 (hourly $21.63 to 23.07 per hour) depending on qualifications.

Job Summary:

As a Family Stability Advocate, you will coordinate services for transitional housing programs and intensive housing services for LSS's housing programs.

As a Family Stability Advocate, you will:

• Develop, plan, implement and maintain services for the housing programs.
• Monitor the housing programs.
• Be involved in case management.
• Conduct community networking to maintain good standing with organizations in the community.

Family Stability Advocate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience in field is required.
• Training and experience with low-income and homeless person is required.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in providing direct social services preferred.
• Experience should include knowledge of housing programs and community resources.
• Hold a valid Minnesota driver's license, pass the LSS Motor Vehicle Records check and have availability of an insured vehicle to travel within LSS' service area.

Other Family Stability Advocate Qualifications:

• Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking and domestic violence is desired.
