So, here's the details: Benefits you can count on: Pay Rate: $21.25 while training / after reaching 100% sales compliance for two consecutive weeks, pay will increase to $24.50 = full production rate + incentive for meeting metrics. JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate pallet jack, select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock. Frequently lift and hand-stack product weighing an average of 45 lbs. per case Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. Work in a freezer and dry warehouse environment (freezer coats, hats, and gloves provided) Clean spacious warehouse 4 -day weekly schedule MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 18 years of age. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. for a 10 hour shift Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
