DLZ is seeking a Senior GIS Professional with extensive expertise in ESRI GIS software to lead our GIS Technology program and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage GIS and geospatial projects.
• Administer ArcGIS licenses and online resources.
• Develop and maintain GIS applications, tools, and automation processes.
• Mentor GIS staff and coordinate training.
• Ensure adherence to GIS documentation and standards.
• Support mapping applications and troubleshoot GIS issues.
• Design custom applications using ArcGIS Online suite.
• Conduct complex spatial analysis and data manipulation.
• Identify market opportunities and collaborate with DLZ staff.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in ESRI software suite/cloud (ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Online).
• 8+ years of experience in GIS product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST web services for automation and development.
• Knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial data management.
• Web and mobile GIS application development expertise.
• Strong cartographic design skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or extended on-site work at customers' locations.
