Polar Semiconductor is seeking an entry-level Project Manager, Technology Development and Transfer at our Bloomington, MN location. In this cross-functional role, you will work with the process development, wafer integration, equipment engineering, and characterization and analysis teams to support the successful development and/or transfer of semiconductor technology on behalf of third-party customers and partners. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to building trust and driving alignment across teams in a technical environment. The Role: Manage and/or support projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget Communicate statuses, issues, and potential solutions to management Communicate with precision and clarity to drive alignment internally and with customers Collaborate, build relationships, and influence team members to achieve objectives Adapt existing business processes to address the latest organizational and corporate needs The Person: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to function (thrive) in a dynamic environment Team mindset and a positive attitude Strong analytical skills Not hesitant to ask questions Ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) in engineering, science, business, or a related field 2+ years of project management experience in a technical environment Familiarity with or experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, and/or defense industries Comfortable managing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies The ability to obtain a US security clearance The estimated base salary range for the position is $77,000- $85,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
