Polar Semiconductor is seeking an entry-level Project Manager, Technology Development and Transfer at our Bloomington, MN location. In this cross-functional role, you will work with the process development, wafer integration, equipment engineering, and characterization and analysis teams to support the successful development and/or transfer of semiconductor technology on behalf of third-party customers and partners. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to building trust and driving alignment across teams in a technical environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) in engineering, science, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
- Familiarity with or experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, and/or defense industries
- Comfortable managing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity
- Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies
- The ability to obtain a US security clearance
The estimated base salary range for the position is $77,000- $85,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
