GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

What you'll do.

The Global Engagement Manager is key to driving the AAN's global growth by developing and executing strategies focused on member recruitment, retention, and engagement outside the U.S. This collaborative role involves managing international programs and working across the organization to find opportunities to grow membership. This role also is focused on enhancing the AAN's global presence and outreach through building and strengthening collaborations with international neurology organizations to improve member experiences. The Global Engagement Manager will lead the AAN Global Community Subcommittee, working with AAN members to foster a strong, engaged international network. What we look for.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field is required
  • Certified Association Executive (CAE) is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience dedicated to volunteer or membership coordination is required
  • Experience with an association or working with international customers is required
  • Program Management experience is required
  • Experience creating and/or implementing new programs is preferred

*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required - approximately 5%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada.

Location: Minneapolis, MN, and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
