The Business Operations Specialist (Salesforce Administrator) Role

We are seeking a customer-centric and process-oriented Business Operations Specialist to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM platform, Salesforce. This role will involve analyzing current processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and a passion for optimizing user experience and operational performance across multiple systems that integrate into Salesforce.

Responsibilities



  • Process Analysis and Improvement
    Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Salesforce platform, focusing on waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Implementation of Best Practices
    Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • User Training and Support
    Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as necessary.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination
    Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, IT, and Business Transformation teams to align initiatives and ensure seamless integrations of CRM and other digital platforms. Utilize our project management tool to track activities, collaborate internally and externally, and report progress.
  • Technology Oversight
    Manage the administration of Salesforce, including user permissions, system refinements, and issue resolution. Recommend new features and enhancements to support business needs.
  • Data Management
    Maintain data integrity by overseeing data imports/exports, conducting regular audits, and refining data management processes.
  • Continuous Monitoring
    Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration, CRM development, and/or continuous improvement roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM functionalities and tools, including Flow, Lightning framework and basic knowledge of APEX or similar programming language.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train diverse user groups effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and data visualization tools.
