Summary
The Material and Services Coordinator will coordinate ordering, scheduling, delivery and material management for construction / maintenance projects. Identify shortages and special material requirements to eliminate project delays. Prepare required documentation to track cost, discrepancies, and special needs. Perform support to verify, analyze and reconcile materials and major equipment to account for quantities, cost and equipment identification. May be assigned various administrative level duties in support of the office. Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. Working knowledge of construction practices/standards/specifications, APS accounting and inventory principles, procedures/systems as well as knowledge of EMAN, MLIS, MAXIMO, Power Plant and MS Office products. Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with people. Requires a familiarity of the materials and equipment utilized in the assigned functional area. Major Accountabilities
1) Coordinate with warehouse and/or Supply Chain personnel to ensure transfer and direct buy levels meet Material Request demands. Prepare documentation to issue and receive material for contract jobs, and to track costs. Investigate and maintain accurate information on equipment and materials in MLIS, MAXIMO and Peoplesoft computer databases. Export Compliance / EEO Statement

Depending on the responsibilities of the role, this may include, but is not limited to, working at a power plant, job site, or in the community. *Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees). *Role types are subject to change based on business need. |
