The Director of Biomedical Services III provides leadership for our comprehensive Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) service program for assigned hospital account(s) with focus on optimizing equipment uptime, program compliance and ensuring safety/performance in a cost-conscious, expeditious manner. May also supervise the work of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs), imaging service engineers (ISEs), supervisors, and/or other management, technical, and assigned personnel. Ability to work with, train and supervise others. The Director of Biomedical Services III functions in a team-based work environment and focuses on the achievement of team-based requirements and goals. Job Responsibilities Respond expeditiously to calls from clinical departments to evaluate and rectify valid operator complaints and concerns. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation on all equipment, inspections and equipment repairs and failures. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in biomedical equipment technology, electronic equipment technology, or military training preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted. Certification(s) preferred i.e. CHTM, CBET, A+, etc. Apply to Crothall today!
